Please think twice before buying. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There will be no refunds or returns once your shipping label is printed out as we are mass printing out shipping labels to package faster. So please be sure before you buy. Contacting us after we've printed out your shipping label causes a lot of hassle because we'd have to go through hundreds of orders to find your number and hope we didn't package your order yet whilst getting to hundreds of orders on time. Again, there is only two of us, so please be sure of your purchase.

How Long Is The Sale
The sale last as long as the products are in stock. This is a some short sale. This is a CLOSING sale. Meaning, the sale will continue until there is nothing left.
Why Are You Closing
If you didn't receive the many emails we sent or you missed out on the announcement. We cannot sustain Purfect Kittycat anymore at the moment. And honestly, with how much we have to put into PurfectKitty Cat, I've been putting aside working on something that I've been striving for, for a while. Purfectkity Cat will always be in our heart and hopefully one day we can bring it back to life, but unfortunately, it is taking too much of a toll on us.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number on our website's "Track Order" page or through the courier's tracking system to monitor the delivery status. Please be aware that we are printing out shipping labels before shipping to ensure faster packaging so if you see "pre-shipment" that means it was printed but not dropped off. Or if you see it in our facility, it has not been shipped off yet, but you can track all movements with the tracking number.
What should I do if I receive a defective or incorrect item?
We’re sorry for the inconvenience! Please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a refund for you as items are going fast so there will most likely not be a replacement available.

My Order Is Taking Too Long, What Now?
Again, please do not order at this time if you are not willing to wait. That is, unfortunately, all we can ask for as we try to get to as many people as possible. Rude customers will have their order cancelled automatically.
