How Long Is The Shipping Delay?
As there is only two of us packaging (me and my husband), there is no garauntee the shipping delay will be over until all the products are out of stock. Please understand that there are over 1k orders and most orders have up to 10 products in each. We also need to make sure the packaging is secured, answer your emails, and keep you guys updated. Please check your Spam folder if you are not seeing the emails we say that we are shipping. We double checked our system and all emails are have been sent successfully. We would say about a two week wait at minimum (not maximum) on all orders as we try our fastest. Please buy at your own accord knowing this information. It is not our responsibility if you checked off everything before purchasing while this information is available. Everyone has wait times on order fulfillment. If you still purchase with this knowledge, we are not liable for the wait
Double Check Your Addresses
As some of you will be purchasing after all the emails have been set out, we will say this again, please double check your addresses before purchasing. We have no time to go into our system and manually correct your address. We also have an automated address corrector that emails us and you when something about your address is off. Is nothing is wrong with your address and you receive this email, leave it be. Do not touch it. If you noticed something wrong, please correct immediately.
New To The Shop. Is This A Scam?
We've been open for some years now. Unfortunately, you came at a time where we are closing our store and starting something new. No, this is not a scam, but you will not get your order fast, as we do not have a team helping us. It is just me and my husband. If you are not willing to wait for your order, I suggest not purchasing. We do not have time to provide you with constant communication on your order update whilst trying to get to your order and others.
How Does Shipping Work
We ship through UPS and USPS. We've been sending off about 200+ orders a week. When orders are dropped off, the postal service has to scan each of those packages and as we know of now, post offices are running a bit slow. So unfortunately, we have no way of saying if that post office will move your package fast open dropping off but we are making every order a priority.
Closing Sale Information
Please think twice before buying. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There will be no refunds once your shipping label is printed out as we are mass printing out shipping labels to package faster. So please be sure before you buy. Contacting us after we've printed out your shipping label causes a lot of hassle because we'd have to go through hundreds of orders to find your number and hope we didn't package your order yet whilst getting to 1k+ orders on time. Again, there is only two of us, so please be sure of your purchase.
How Long Is The Sale
The sale last as long as the products are in stock. This is not some short sale. This is a CLOSING sale. Meaning, the sale will continue until there is nothing left.
Why Are You Closing
If you didn't receive the many emails we sent or you missed out on the announcement. We cannot sustain Purfect Kittycat anymore at the moment. And honestly, with how much we have to put into PurfectKitty Cat, I've been putting aside working on something that I've been striving for, for a while. Purfectkity Cat will always be in our heart and hopefully one day we can bring it back to life, but unfortunately, it is taking too much of a toll on us.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number on our website's "Track Order" page or through the courier's tracking system to monitor the delivery status. Please be aware that we are printing out shipping labels before shipping to ensure faster packaging so if you see "pre-shipment" that means it was printed but not dropped off. Or if you see it in our facility, it has not been shipped off yet, but you can track all movements with the tracking number.
What should I do if I receive a defective or incorrect item?
We’re sorry for the inconvenience! Please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a refund for you as items are going fast so there will most likely not be a replacement available.
I Never Got An Order Confirmation

My Order Is Taking Too Long, What Now?
Again, please do not order at this time if you are not willing to wait. That is, unfortunately, all we can ask for as we try to get to as many people as possible. Rude customers will have their order cancelled automatically.
